How Many Endings Does Atomic Heart Have?

How Many Endings Does Atomic Heart Have?

Atomic Heart has exactly two endings, neither of which are exactly ideal in the grand scheme of things. The ending you get will be determined by the choice you make during a conversation with Granny Zina toward the end of the game.

In order to get the “True” ending, you will need to select the dialogue option that says, “Whatever lady…why don’t you show me what’s in that arsenal of yours.” Once you choose this option, you’ll then be able to prepare for the final showdown with Sechenov and The Twins. After you’ve beaten them, the real conclusion to the game will play out.

On the other hand, selecting the “I’m not laying a finger on Sechenov” option will trigger a different ending. This one sees P-3 refusing to do any more fighting and he instead decides to go his own way. After a brief argument with Granny Zina and Char-les, he proceeds to remove the latter from his glove and leaves without another word. A short cutscene then begins with the narrator noting that the protagonist was simply seen leaving Facility 3826.
