You can purchase the seeds from the stall as well, and grow both the potatoes and the leeks on your own.

Next is the onion. Onions can be bought from Goofy’s Stall in the Forest of Valor. However, you can also get another item from here in a pinch, without having to spend a dime. Garlic can be found in the Forest of Valor as a forageable item. Look for a green sprout sticking out of the ground.

Now, for the Milk. You can’t grow milk, nor tend to cows in the valley. Items like milk can only be found in the pantry at Chez Remy’s place. So, head over to the restaurant to get your hands on the milk. Now that you have all the ingredients, you can make the Potato Leek Soup!
