How to Get Boiling Gland in Grounded

How to Get the Boiling Gland in Grounded

To get a Boiling Gland in Grounded, you need to find a Bombardier Beetle. Bombardier Beetles are the only ones capable of dropping the Boiling Gland. They’re found in places like Spade Gulch, The Dry Grasslands, the Leaning Shovel, and the power plug at the Hedge.

Bombardier Beetles are tough, so you’re going to have to keep your wits about you. If you haven’t yet already, equipping armor is a good choice if you want to take out these enemies without any kind of hassle.

These beetles are weak to Fresh elements, and they’re also weak to chopping attacks as well. If you have a busting weapon, you won’t be doing as much damage as you could be. The Bombardier also has a weak point on its rump. You’ll have to kill a few of them if you want to get the gland. Each beetle will only ever drop one, assuming they drop any at all.

So, what can you do with these Boiling Glands? Well, there are a few things. The first thing you can make is the Insect Hammer, which only requires one gland. The second thing you can make is the Antlion Wide Brim, which also only requires one Boiling Gland. One of them is used to make the Cookery, while four of them are used to make the Oven. Naturally, the Oven can then be used to make other food items.
