Grounded has players braving the outside and taking on plenty of enemies while the size of a pea. However, it’s more than just fighting off massive spiders, allocating resources, and building bases to ensure sure that you can survive the backyard and uncover its mystery is critical. One of those important resources is Eelgrass, but it can only be found in one specific location.
Where to Find Eelgrass in Grounded
Eelgrass can be found submerged underwater in the Koi Pond. To harvest it, you’re going to need any weapon that is capable of slashing. So if you want to find it, you’re going to have to do some diving.
In terms of appearance, Eelgrass looks like normal grass underwater. It has long green strands poking out of the ground. However, you’re going to need a special tool if you want to harvest it for your own gain. Specifically, you’ll need a tool that deals slashing damage.
As you go underwater and slash the Eelgrass, you’ll be given 3 Eelgrass strands, with an occasional one floating in the water to pick up.
Eelgrass is used to make a few different items like Slime Lantern, Bubble Helmet, Gill Tubes, Koi Fish Armor, and Fin Flops. As you can imagine, all of these items will be useful while exploring the wet and dark depths of the Koi Pond.
Perhaps the most useful of items that you can make with Eelgrass is the Bubble Helmet, which will let you breathe longer underwater and explore more of the backyard.
